During this step you begin your journey of eating unlimited foods from the approved food list, there is no eliminating here. The main focus is to remove sugar and carbs from the diet to get your gut improving!
STEP 2:
This is when the detoxing and fat burning begins. There is no processed carbs or sugars and this is when you will start to see your body change quickly following our calorie deficit holistic meal plan and recipes. This program is gluten free and suits all dietary requirements.
The supplements important during these steps as they will balance your blood sugar levels, cravings and because its calorie deficit it will support your overall energy
STEP 3:
This step will depend on how much weight you need to lose but traditionally we shock your system for two weeks introducing some other foods so your body doesn't get used to the same thing and slow down the fat burning process. If you hit goal weight on this step you can jump to the maintenance faze or continue to do another round as many times as you need to to get to your goal weight
